Laser Cutting

State-of-the-art fiber lasers and Mazak Laser Flexible Manufacturing System for quick-turn prototypes or long-run production, including 24/7 lights-out operations.

Punching

Our CNC turret punching cells feature automated systems for 24/7 operations and deliver crisp, consistent edges.

Forming

We produce precise, repeatable three-dimensional forms to exact customer specifications, with forming capabilities up to 220 tons and part lengths up to 12’.

Sanding & Deburring

All components made by Fabcon meet safe-handling specifications through careful deburring, and experienced finishing operators enhance the cosmetic appearance of seams and corners for high-quality component production.

Robotic Welding

Six-axis robots and in-house tooling optimize our robotic welding for efficiency and quality, complemented by cobots for true scalability.

Welding

We offer AWS-certified welded assemblies for racks, frames and enclosures, with specialized capabilities for short runs and complex parts. Our manual MIG and TIG capabilities are ideal for short run production, larger work envelope sizes, or parts requiring complex tooling.

Spot Welding

Fabcon combines a broad range of spot-welding machinery with expert operators to ensure reliable resistance welding.

CNC Machining

Fabcon offers high-quality machining services from prototype to production, supported by CAD/CAM technology and expert engineering resources.

Hardware Insertion

Pemserters enable precise hardware insertion, allowing for the production of both complex welded and manually assembled products.

Fabcon has in-house powder and wet-paint finishing systems for functional and decorative coating requirements, including decorative finishes applied to highly-cosmetic components like chassis, panels and faceplates.
