Laser Cutting

State-of-the-art fiber lasers and Mazak Laser Flexible Manufacturing System for quick-turn prototypes or long-run production, including 24/7 lights-out operations.

Punching

Our CNC turret punching cells feature automated systems for 24/7 operations and deliver crisp, consistent edges.

Forming

We produce precise, repeatable three-dimensional forms to exact customer specifications, with forming capabilities up to 220 tons and part lengths up to 12’.

Robotic Welding

Six-axis robots and in-house tooling optimize our robotic welding for efficiency and quality, complemented by cobots for true scalability.

Hardware Insertion

Pemserters enable precise hardware insertion, allowing for the production of both complex welded and manually assembled products.

Finishing Solutions

Fabcon has in-house powder and wet-paint finishing systems for functional and decorative coating requirements, including decorative finishes applied to highly-cosmetic components like chassis, panels and faceplates.
